Polygon Labs has joined forces with Manifold Trading to introduce institutional-grade liquidity solutions to decentralized finance (DeFi). The collaboration aims to bridge the operational gap between traditional finance (TradFi) and onchain ecosystems, reinforcing Polygon's position as a preferred platform for institutional digital asset engagement.

Sandeep Nailwal, CEO of Polygon Foundation, announced the partnership via social media, highlighting its focus on addressing DeFi's liquidity fragmentation and inconsistent transaction costs. "We're deploying quant-driven market-making and arbitrage strategies across Polygon to bring TradFi-grade efficiency to onchain finance," Nailwal stated.

Manifold Trading brings prime brokerage-like standards to DeFi, optimizing large-volume trade execution and settlement finality. The initiative targets compliance-conscious institutions demanding the reliability of traditional markets combined with DeFi's innovation potential.
